The National Quality Standard (NQS) is the benchmark for quality in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) within Australia. Australian Government positioned reflective practice at core of NQS (ACECQA, 2013) order to raise standards inform future planning decision making (COAG, 2009; Kennedy, 2011). Critical reflection was identified as foundational good with educators expected engage a 'lively culture professional inquiry' (DEEWR, 2009, p. 13) ensuring way continued improvement standards. This paper reports on research study that explored impact implementation critical part ECEC. positively impacts ECEC operations also learning environment centres.
